So we all have that fantastic image of coming home to an adoring partner who relishes our every word, listens to us unquestioningly, and most importantly thinks we’re demi-gods. How great would it be to get our girlfriends (for those of us that have them) to love Macs as much as we do? In this article I’ll point out how valuable this could be, and how you could get that loved one to love Macs as much as they love you.

Though Apple has released the iPhone’s debut date, one important question is still unanswered; what will it really cost? One anonymous AT&T store manager said users will get their WiFi…when they sign a contract locking them into a data plan and EDGE. Kiss your dreams of WiFi reliance goodbye.

There will always be the Dvoraks and general naysayers spouting flamebait and ignorant nothings regarding Macs and their beautiful operating systems; if there weren’t, well, Microsoft would be SOL. However, as someone who respects quality writing, I cannot let this go: Mary Jo Foley of ZDNet has established herself as the most technologically ignorant writer on the internet with her article, essentially saying that OS X Leopard is a half-ass attempt at replicating Vista.

My colleague, Jonathan Schlaffer, is clearly no fan of the iPhone; the anxiety of problems unseen, particularly the mini keyboard, combined with a multitude of “what if…” questions (that’s as common with him as China blocking another website) is enough for him to anticipate the demise of the most tricked-out phone in history. To Jonathan, we say, “not so much.”

Today’s WWDC kick-off keynote was bland, at best; it’s easy to expect miracles when people should expect normalities. However, the star of today’s show wasn’t the iPhone, or even Safari for Windows: it was Leopard, and the stage has officially been set for Leopard to push Vista out of the lime light and into the waste bin.

If you haven’t been following Engadget’s coverage of Steve’s WWDC commencement keynote, you either have a real job or aren’t truly an Apple fanatic; either way, you will be very excited to learn that Steve’s “last thing” is that Safari 3 will run on Windows as well as OS X. That’s right, all those jealous Windows users can now add Safari to the list of their most used programs along with iTunes.

Any true Apple fanatic has come to crave that little phrase so frequently used by Steve Jobs during his keynotes, “one last thing.” Well, hold on to ya butts, Apple fans: word going around the internet is that an early leak of Steve Jobs’ keynote address plan has him introducing a brand new product to the Apple lineup called iPhone@Home, that brings all the new technology of the iPhone into a multi-touch portable phone for in-home use. Could it be?

This is the first time I have heard this, that the iPhone will be an unmitigated disaster because of the keyboard. But according to John C. Dvorak that is exactly the case. I think at least a few of our readers know how he feels about Apple but does his argument have any validity?

If you were hoping to get your hands on an iPhone on June 29, there may be hope for you yet; though millions have expressed an interest in purchasing the new phone, Apple has (according to Engadget) prepped 3 million iPhones for the exciting launch. However, if you are under the impression that you can sit back for a couple weeks and get the iPhone after playing with it and thinking out the purchase, you can forget about it.

The infamous savior to a lethargic cell phone market has yet to even make its way into customer hands for a demo, and the waves it is making just keep getting bigger. No doubt a direct response to the release of both updated MacBook Pros and the recent rash of iPhone commercials, Apple stock has hit an all-time daytime closing high of $124.069 a share.
