Apple releases iTunes 7.5, Quicktime 7.3

By Triston McIntyre

iToday Apple released updates to both iTunes and Quicktime for Mac and PC users with iTunes 7.5 and Quicktime 7.3.

The iTunes update includes the ability to activate iPhones wherever activation is available, as well as security and stability fixes.

Quicktime includes compatibility updates for the newest iTunes, allows iPhone users to export video content, as well as bug fixes.

Triston’s take: the best advice on small updates like this are to wait a few days before updating your own unit; occasionally an update causes more problems than it fixes, and if you wait long enough, you’ll be able to avoid trouble by seeing if problems arise through other’s misfortunes.
