Free Software Sunday: Genius, helping you memorize academic stuff
By Danny Mendez
It’s Sunday again, meaning it’s time for another edition of Free Mac Software Sunday. In today’s edition of Free Software Sunday, we’re going to show you Genius.
Genius is a tool that helps you memorize stuff in the way flash cards help you memorize stuff, but it works in a much smarter way. The software "organizes your information and carefully chooses questions using an intelligent ’spaced repetition’ method that’s based on your past performance. It can even perform fuzzy answer checking and highlight errors
Genius is great for studying foreign languages, historical dates, vocabulary words, marketing points, legal definitions, anatomy, and anything else that requires pure memorization.
You can learn more about Genius at JRC Software or download it for free at VersionTracker.
