Star of HP computer ads uses Mac
It shouldn’t come as any surprise that Macs are preferred in the entertainment, digital photography and video editing industries but one star of the HP “hand” ads, prefers using a Mac.
Rapper, Jay-Z and his girlfriend are both fans of using Apple computers, claims Valleywag. Of course, being in the music industry helps, that doesn’t surprise me but I guess doing an Apple ad would be a “conflict of interest.”
Not that Apple needs any help selling their computers, as the company is almost at an all time high with iPods, iPhones and Macs flying out the door. Apple now enjoys almost 7% (soon to be 8%) of the market, a company that was in dire straights a few years ago has been invigorated with new life.
I’m sure HP could have given them free computers but then again, they could afford to buy any computer they want and not think twice about it.
I almost feel sorry for HP, almost. Jay-Z may be the so-called “CEO of Hip-Hop” but this “CEO” prefers using Macs.
