Fleece-lined manila envelope keeps Macbook Air, documents warm and cozy

By Triston McIntyre

Fleece-lined manila envelope keeps Macbook Air, documents warm and cozyAre you looking to typify the elitist, snobby Mac owner?  Did you just purchase your new Macbook Air and are looking for a great new case?  Here’s the epitome of in-your-face flashiness: though Jobs probably doesn’t recommend packing your new baby away in a real manila envelope for transportation, there is a legitimate carrying case lookalike being produced.

That’s right, get all that manila glory lined with fleece and encased in upholstry-grade vinyl.  Basically, you can recreate Apple’s commercial wherever you go for the low low price of $29.95.

Should you?  Many of our readers commented on a particular article recently documenting how much critics dislike Apple’s style of commercial marketing, saying that the snooty Apple commercials can turn customers off even more to what is seen to be an elitist product.

No doubt people will much more easily recognize your Macbook Air once you pull it from its furry depths inside the manila envelope; no guarantees can be made whether or not an Apple hater will then “accidentally” grab your envelope and attempt to shred it.

Regardless, check it out and laugh to your heart’s content.  Or buy one.  Your choice.
