I have a problem updating Bootcamp. 2.1 for vista ultimate.
I get an error that a restart is pending, I tried to install the update also manually (without antivirus and UAC disable) but also it did not work.
Do you have something to propose?
Thanks.

OD,
The majority of my friends and acquaintances that have used both they prefer Parallels desktop. I think one of the selling points for them was they did not have to reboot to switch to another operating system. Of course, they both have their pros and cons.

Bootcamp
1. offers you full native support of the hardware so it is a lot faster.
2. Gives you a full Windows environment this is perfect for those who really can't ditch Windows.

Parallels Desktop
1. You don't have to reboot to switch between operating systems.
2. Less hard drive space thanks to the expanding virtual hard drive option.
