Good news for those who use Bootcamp, Apple recently released Bootcamp 2.1. The Bootcamp 2.1 update is for Windows XP, Vista 32 bit, and Vista 64 bit. This update addresses issues and improves compatibility.

In spite of their stability and ease of use, Macs have long been shunned by IT departments everywhere. It is getting harder and harder for IT departments to come up with reasons not to include Macs in their short lists of hardware, however. With factors from a greater number of users embracing the Apple interface to greater availability of cross platform options, IT is running out of excuses.

Macs with built-in iPod docks should not be such a far fetched idea for Apple. The implementation may take a bit for work because of the design of its computers but it can be done. Here’s a possible idea for the MacBook Pro, make the trackpad area replaceable with the iPod Touch as your trackpad, okay so it needs some work.

Fortune 500 has ranked Apple in the top 20 most profitable tech companies. Apple is currently sitting in the number eighth position. If you check out the top ten list, you will notice that Apple received the highest increase in its profits soaring to 76%.

You can spend just a little more and can get an older generation 15″ MacBook Pro while they’re still on clearance or spend just as much and get a brand new MacBook. Or, you can be a fool and buy this thing which looks like it was left to rot in the wilderness for several years while being picked apart by angry wildlife.

After all the drama and shifting addresses of (unauthorized) Mac clone maker, Psystar, the real truth is starting to emerge. The site was simply overwhelmed but that’s only half the reason that Powerpay, the original credit authorization service dropped Psystar as a customer.

Mac OSX Leopard and previous versions are pretty good about cleaning up after themselves but occasionally may take longer to start up or shut down or a bit of both. I recently experienced this on a two week old MacBook Pro running Leopard.
