NBC has finally returned to its senses and is coming back to iTunes. NBC left iTunes, the number one online music retailer, after a dispute over pricing, packaging, and DRM options. Steve Jobs announced NBC’s return to iTunes at the recent Lets Rock event.

Who knew OPTION + SPACE would become such a powerful tool? It seems the folks at FireFox did when they created Ubiquity. Ubiquity has only been installed for a week or so on my machine and already I’m coming to depend on it as part of my arsenal of efficient tools, right alongside Quicksilver and TextExpander.

What was the inspiration behind Apple’s extremely popular iPod? It appears the original idea didn’t come from Apple, and in fact, British inventor, Kane Kramer, invented the device in 1979, at the age of 23.Â

“The world’s #1 online music store just got a little more epic”, is the message that greeted WOW gamers as when they logged onto the extremely popular MMORPG. Blizzard and Apple iTunes have hooked to offer six soundtrack albums to the online iTunes music store.

Apple is hosting an event called “Let’s Rock” on Tuesday, September 9th, 2008. Macheads are waiting with their usual bated breath to see what Steve Jobs and the folks at Apple have up their sleep for this event. We all hope it’s more exciting than the WWDC keynote and not just a platform to launch a new iPod line.
