If, as it seems so far, Windows 7 is quite a reasonable OS, then all those Vista-shy PC people will start to shift over as the lack of disasters becomes apparent. Vista would sure put you off being a first week adopter – see how things look in six weeks or so, then we’ll have a real idea how it’s going.

And the Windows 7 commercials are lame. One shows a teenager bragging that Windows no longer freezes and crashes now with Windows 7. WOW. Even MS admits that its previous OS was lousy. So what guarantee is there that this one won’t also be no good?
