Apple Store online tops in customer satisfaction among electronics sellers
It’s good to be Apple. Yesterday, Mac Blorge brought you news of the Cupertino, California-based Mac, iPod and iPhone maker’s blowout quarter. Today, we’re back with a report on perhaps the biggest factor driving the company’s sales — customer satisfaction.
While you and I were shopping and shlurping egg nog, ForeSee Results was out and about measuring how happy online electronics buyers were this year. The firm discovered that — surprise, surprise — our favorite fruit company’s online store was rated by shoppers as best in category and a close rival for perennial favorites, like Amazon

“Apple wins on merchandise,” said Larry Freed, president, ForeSee Results. “Not on price. But they’re also very, very strong in site experience.”
As noted above, Amazon was the overall leader. However, it’s worth noting that, in addition to the company’s own Kindle book reader, Apple products — iPods and Mac — were the top-selling products on Amazon, a fact that surely contributed the online retailer’s superlative score.

I’m amazed to see Amazon rated so highly. They are the worst on-line retailer I’ve ever used. The don’t deliver the product and don’t respond to complaints. In fact, they don’t even acknowledge that a complaint has been made.
Before you buy anything from Amazon, consider flushing your money down the toilet. At least then, you’ll know where it went.
