Even though Apple’s CEO has taken only a $1 salary for years and hasn’t sold any of his shares in the company he co-founded more than 40 years ago, he probably doesn’t have any money worries, especially given the tens of millions he gets from his stake in the entertainment and theme park giant.

Apple has said that it won’t participate as an exhibitor at another Macworld conference. Yet it seems the company’s planning a Macworld’s worth of announcements within a couple weeks of the expo’s traditional early January and new mid-February time slots.

So, a website has received a “cease & desist” letter from Apple legal after they announced a “scavenger hunt” seeking proof of the existence of the company’s unannounced, but oh so lusted after tablet computing device. Does this constitute evidence of the device itself or Apple’s disdain for the contest?
