The hacker that found and disclosed the flaw that allowed personal data for iPad users to be stolen from the AT&T customer system says that he did it our of patriotic duty to the United States of America.

As predicted, the mothership is now shipping a new living-room-ready Mac mini with an HDMI port. Further, in addition to faster processors and graphics, this headless desktop also features a completely redesigned enclosure and look that allows easy access to the internals.

As is often the case with our favorite fruit company, Apple has under reported the number of apps actually available on the App Store for the iPad. Actually, it’s Steve Jobs et al saying one thing and the App Store saying another, but these are mere quibbles in the big picture of things.
