There was a lot of buzz preceding launch, that this tablet would be the real iPad killer. After a late release and missing features, some folks were actually surprised that Playbook sales figures came in low, well below expectations. Now, there’s another disappointment.

Adobe is running an April Fools joke that replaces the traditional “missing Flash” Lego block with a “flasher.” So, if you’ve got a Flash blocker (who doesn’t?), then you’ll see a little cartoon guy in a trench with his hands poised, ready to do the dirty.

The mothership’s previous record for problems patched of 90 was set back in the second quarter of this year. Nevertheless, celebrity Mac hacker Charlie Miller has popped up — palm planted firmly on forehead — to say that Apple didn’t fix any of the vulnerabilities he identified.
